Probable liver diagnosis

Hi all! Short version of my story is that I went to the ER last Saturday. They sent me through CT and said I had a ruptured ovarian cyst. Well come to find out my CT actually said hepatomegaly at 22 cm homogeneous. Those were the bullet points.

I am still hurting and really bloated/swollen. Other symptoms include: nausea, lightheaded/dizziness, inability to eat unless I smoke medical marijuana, stomach pain after I do eat, consistent pain on my entire right side, right front abd, and right back. Even sometimes up into my chest. Increased tiredness, episodes of right side pain in the past.

my CBC, CMP (including AST, ALT, bili), UA with culture, lipase, and amalyse are all NORMAL.

Will see a GI on Thursday the 25th but I am worried over here.

    my MRI was the same, just found out today. Homogenous and 20cm hepatomegaly. I saw the report but havent talked to my Dr yet I AM WORRIED SICK
