Probably over did it today.

This morning I felt my usual, some sore muscles, but as the day wore on I felt up to washing the windows. My wife is having about 11 of her girl friends over this Friday for her turn in hosting their monthly get-together for \"Bunco\" — which is a dice game requiring little skill, but a fun time and social event. I'll probably go to a movie to get out of the house. We have a pretty good-sized house, 4 BR, 2 BA, family room, so there are 16 windows. I hate to admit how long it's been since I washed our windows last. I'm probably going to pay for this tomorrow with very sore muscles, but it really needed to be done. When I finished and was washing up, I remembered that today is my first day to reduce my Pred to only 8mg instead of 9mg. Hmm? Maybe I better delay the first day of reducing.
Hope everyone is hanging in there.

This sounds just like an American sitcom!! Loving it  Hope you don't suffer for the window cleaning. Good luck with the reduction. Beautiful day here in the UK.
Take care

We are all guilty of overdoing it !! I do try and do a bit and then rest a bit now I always get up early and do quite a bit in the house after my husband has gone to work but then i have a proper sit down with my breakfast and take my steroids as I have found that if Im up and at it again to quickly I tend to feel a bit sick after the steroids
As spring seems to be on its way here I have been clearing leaves etc out of the ditches on my land but as Im doing one wheelbarrow at a time it is taking me a long time to go 110metres/yards !!
Hope you dont suffer with your extra activity and your next reduction goes well

Today I had my bone density test or dexa scan. The technician of course wouldn't tell me the results – but from what I saw still on the computer screen when she left the room to let me get dressed, all the numbers were in green so hoping it's okay. We'll see.
Take care everyone.
