I spoke to natures best and they recommended acidophilus extra so I am going to take one a day for 2 months and see how I get on

    iv been taking Acidophilus Ultra Max, 20 Billion from H&B for the last few years.

    I do feel better taking them.

      I am on extra 10 they said to take theses for 2 months and then go to 20 if I need to x sue

      Hello, I tried Holland and Barrett Acidophilus Plus 2 Billion but after a couple of days felt rather bloated so I stopped taking them.

      However, I might try again later when other things have calmed down.

      Hope you have success with them.

      Natures best told me to start on 10 and then if I am ok after 2 months I could up it to 20 Fybergel makes me feel abit bloated but I am putting up with it just to see if it helps going to give it 2 weeks

      It says on the pkt to take one in the morning with cold water is that what you do?
