Probiotics for RA

has anyone taken PROBIOTIC WITH MULTIPLE STRAINS AND AT LEAST 20 BILLION COLONY FORMING UNITS for their RA?  If so has it helped?

     I have an RF factor of 240. As of now I have no symptoms of RA. I thought I had it in my hands but since I have started taking vitamin D and calcium in my diet per my doctor and a probiotic with 35 billion CFU/gm, I feel normal.

      Can I ask what form you take your probiotic in? Powder, tablet, fermented drink?

      Capsule. Was taking two a day but going to take one a day like it says on bottle.

    I have recently started drinking Kefir but I'm not sure it contains enough CFU. Can I ask what you take, assuming you do actually take something?
