Probiotics make me constipated

Guys first i was having a bit issues with my gut like brain fog when i eat junk food and lactose intolerance then i started watching about probiotics that help gut problems So i take them , now im constipated af , i feel like my gut become to lazy What should i do , do i need antibiotics course or try to find another probiotics And im a male 26 years old

    Constipation is not usually a side effect of probiotics, so you probably need to look at your diet in general. Stop eating junk food, and start eating more fruit, salad, vegetables and wholemeal bread ,seeded bread, bran in cereal etc. Make sure you have a good breakfast of cereal bran and fruit. Or a smoothie drink.

    Cut out any alcohol and coffee.

    No you dont need antibiotics, absolutely not.

    Why do you think you have lactose intolerance?
