has anyone tried probiotics? ive taken them for 2 days and my whole body feels full of inflammation, bloating is awful, peri allergies are worse and i have a stabbing pain that comes and goes in my butt 😦

I have and experienced similar symptoms. They also gave me really bad diarrhoea, so I haven't dared try them since x

yes i had diarrhoea yesterday, im trying to push through as i want my gut healthy and apparently some strains regulate hormones x
