Problem since i was 17

Hello, for 12 years I have been suffering from something that neither I nor the doctors find a solution to, at 17 I had a tachycardia while trying to sleep, with a very large adrenaline in my stomach, from that moment I constantly had my heart beat of 180 beats, very strong palpitations, at the slightest gesture my heart accelerated a lot, arrhythmias, etc, since then I take bisoprolol 5mg and 2.5mg at night, but I feel very tired, very sleepy all the time. bisoprolol retains my pulse but does not solve the way I beat, that is, it reduces my heart rate but it has never returned to normal since the first day, I have had two electrophysiological tests and have not seen a focus to ablate, I would like know if someone has similar symptoms and how could I solve this, thanks
