With the second picture it looks as if there is two pimples.

That is 100% an STD infection if u had sex recently. Since I am not a doctor, please visit a doctor soon and get yourself healed 😊

Please don't comment on posts saying you are 100% sure of something. Particularly when you don't even have a specific infectiin in mind! There are thousands of things that can affect that area in sexually active people that have nothing to do with sex, including infection, bacteria, fungus, blocked pores, poor hygiene and all sorts of other things.

You can't say it's an STI just because he's sexually active. Comments like that are not helpful!

It's very hard to see in the pictures. If you are worried, then book in to see a GP or nurse, or go to a walk in clinic. It doesn't look too alarming to me. But you haven't really described what, if any, symptoms you are. Xx

Well for one, its somewhat hard to pull the foreskin back without it hurting.  I did put hydrogen peroxide on the area in the first picture and it started bubbling up as if you would put on a regular cut or scrape. It is some what tender to the touch and stings a little when touched. Ill most likely going to the urologist by the end of this week if it doesnt go away or get any better. I just need an opinion if anyone else has experienced or seen this before.

The hydrogen peroxide may have added to the irritation. Obviously I've not experienced this, but it might be worth washing with water alone and leaving it be for a while. You may find it clears up on its own. If not it is more information for the next doctor you see. But if it is genital warts and you touch near it you may spread them? In all honesty I don't think you need to worry too much just yet.
