You are circumcised? If so this is likely linked to the loss of natural hydration to your skin at the top of your penis
If you wash your penis with soap and shower gel and stuff like that this will further dry out the skin.
use water ONLY to wash your penis with - get yourself some LIQUID Coconut Oil for use on skin rather than hair.
Put a very light coating of the oil on the top end of your penis every other day - best time is after you have dried yourself after taking a shower

Okay then two things (photos and an experiment with the skin):
.
.
Essentially, what I am looking for is either a positive or negative reaction by the skin where the white layering is showing. What will be happening here will be one of two states:
i.) either the issue will clear relatively easily on the application of something to hydrate the skin; or
ii.) if there is a skin condition present the symptoms could well worsen on the application of the oil or the skin cream
.
For other readers of this, if you have a white layer on the top of your normal layers of skin and it has been present for in excess of 6 or 7 months you should see a Regular / Family Doctor / GP, or see a Dermatologist as soon as you can

This is often happening some night there is nothing sometimes is like this. I didn't use baby oil. Is there some more alternatives that I should try?

I probably found a solution today. I was applied a mixture of salt and soda bicarbonate without aluminium on penis and mixture all with water. Take a look.

Hopefully this will provide a solution - but a day is a little early to draw any conclusion.
I would suggest if the symptoms return to arrange to see a Dermatologist when you can

How exactly did you do it? a thick paste? did you apply it then rinse it off or did you leave it during the day/night?
