Problems at night

hi, ladies

Does any of you leave a funny feeling co.e over your body when you trying to rest going through menopause. some days

I have good nights 🌙 out the blue my body don't want to rest I get pain off and on in my left arm I see flashing lights this menopause taking me through hell I am losing weight my left side sore and stiff hair thinning and more problems. how long does we women's go through that change of life.
