Problems with Dizziness/Balance

Morning All; My last major issue now is my Balance. i have been told by physios and GP that it is more than not related to my Inner Ears and the "Crystals being mis-aligned" ??? however, after researching this condition in relation to Auto-Immune Conditions, it tells me that these conditions can affect the inner-ears and cause the Gel to solidify, causing the imbalance ?? have any of you had this problem, and if so, had any success in stabilizing the im-balance?
?I am asking this today, as I have an appointment tomorrow with a Specialist Physio who is going to see what she can do ???? I am Not holding out much hope. I have trialled Natural Remedies for Vertigo etc, to no avail.
?My main concern re this problem, is my having "falls" which I have had a couple of bad ones over the past 6 months, an do Not want extra issues with broken hips/arms etc. (at least feel that I don't have Osteo-perosis as these falls would really have caused a fracture to hip and humerus)... Any new ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thankyou, Bron

I have been 5 years living with pain after an road traffic accident. I have had MR Is devenofation to neck and so many different pain relief drugs that I thought I would rattle when I walk.
Work is now sending me to see Occ health who thinks I should throw in the towel curl up and give up on my life and just accept that i haveca disability. No thanks.
I am though interested in the aspect of dizziness. I fall over periodically for no apparent reason, some times I lose call perspective and am overcome with exhaustion, fatigue whatever you want to call it but still nobody wantsvto label it.
I have not noticed before anyone complaining of the dizziness, anyone else having these issues and how do uou get diagnosed?
