Problems with dorsiflexion and FWB

I am 8 weeks post op. I have been attempting FWB for the last 2 weeks and struggling to take any steps at all (with or without my boot). It is very painful. Plus, my PT keeps commenting on my dorsiflexion. It feels like my foot/ankle is stuck. I have zero dorsiflexion. I have been doing exercises/stretches for several weeks and it is not improving. Has anyone else experienced this? Any advice or stretches? Also, my calf is not activating no matter what I do. How can I get my calf to activate?

Quick background: I have 3 screws in my left tibia (medial malleolus) where the OS had to cut my bone and remove it to access and repair a large cystic bone lesion inside my talus. I had an autograft from my iliac crest (hip) to fill the hole in my talus once the lesion was cleared.

I had no dorsiflexion or not much after a tendon injury and had to have surgery to lengthen it.
