Problems with iPad or website?

Hi lovelies, have read and tried to reply to loads of posts but "problem with page and deleted!"  Might be my old iPad taking it to Genius Bar next week. But wanted to respond to lots of you my online hippy friends!  Love to you all. You are all amazing. X

    Hi all,

    I have seen the reports and it looks like there might have been an issue with the site on Sunday. The developers are doing ongoing work to improve things generally but if anyone does have issues with the site again please send me a PM with as much detail as possible so we can investigate. Posting in the forums may mean I do not see the posts unless they are reported. Info we need is as below.

    Device/phone make and model etc.

    Operating system, ie Win 10, iOS Android etc.

    Browser being used, ie IE11, Firefox, Chrome etc.

    If you are using a tablet the desktop site should display by default but if you are getting the mobile site you can request the desktop by clicking on the setting option - the 3 dots at the top right of browser as per image below (click on the image to expand it).

    I've been having real problems with the forum on my IPad today, Kris.  Did it improve for you or is it continuing?  Thanks, Leslie

    I'm still having problems but it's real hit and miss.  Sometimes it works.....sometimes it doesn't.  Today seems maybe a touch better than yesterday.

    Hi - I just sent Alan a PM about my experience over the last while. Just let him know what is happening for you and what equipment you use, model, browser, etc. 

    If we don't be explicit they cannot fix it ....
