Problems with Olecranon fracture plate after ORIF and biceps tendon

I am unable to extend my elbow after ORIF Olecranon fracture. The depuy synthes Olecranon plate was used, and every time I try to extend my arm, I can extreme pain where something have and stand the back of my triceps. Has anyone had this issue? I am 2 weeks post-op. My triceps muscle spasms and pulls all along the back but pulls exceptionally hard above the Olecranon process...near the Olecranon fossa and for 2-3" above it. There was no biceps tendon repair or fixation done....just the plate placed there.

    Sorry about the typos..

    I meant:

    "I have extreme pain where something jabs and stans the back of my triceps". (If I try to extend the arm fully, which I cant..because of this).
