Problems with over masturbation that I feel causes frustration?

Hey guys

I hope you are well.

I am 26 year old guy and recently even though I have a girlfriend who is abroad at the moment been experiencing over masturbation which has cause severe frustration and to a certain extent depression.

Is it normal for someone my age to masturbate up to 6-7 times a day? It's really bad I feel.
