Problems with Penis - Please help

Hi There
This is quite a sensitive topic for me so please be kind.
Some back story below:
I am a 31 Year Old Male, healthy weight and exercise regularly. I have had a rather adventurous sexual history, however have tested regularly and have been negative on all tests.
About 5 weeks ago, I developed a curiosity in Men. Being the adventurous type, I entertained this curiosity. I attended a gay sauna and received/gave unprotected oral. I was also penetrated anally without protection (once I realized protection was not used I stopped the act). The man told me he was on prep afterwards.
Since then, I have naturally become paranoid about the possibility of an STD which has caused me to go down some pretty major rabbit holes and has left me with a lot of anxiety.
I was for tested for Chlaymidia, Gonorrea, HIV, Syphilis etc 1 week after the encounter and was negative. Then had follow up tests at 3 weeks for Chlaymidia and Gonorrea and was again negative. I am testing for HIV and Syphilis again in 1 weeks time (6 weeks from possible exposure).
At this time I don't present with any of the typical STD symptoms and with Chlaymidia and Gonorrea ruled out that has eased my mind somewhat. However as I still need to confirm HIV and Syphilis, my mind is still going nuts. My main issue is in relation to my penis. I noted that for some time after the event, I had an inflamed meatus which has since subsided but tends to get inflamed after sex or masturbation. 3 days ago I masturbated and found that I had a very red area at the top of my penis head and the meatus had again become inflamed. The majority redness has since gone down but some residual redness remains.
There is no pain or discomfort when urinating, only sometimes a tingle in my urethra after ejaculating.
From the research I have done, the internet suggests it could be Balantitis, Thrush or Psoriasis.
I am wondering if anyone else has had anything similar and what I should do about it? If the issue is still present next week I will bring it up with the Dr at the clinic.
Thanks in Advance

I have noticed you have not mentioned herpes testing. Have you tested for it? Herpes causes inflamed urethra without the sores so you would not feel the pain. Is your urethra red (more than before) especially after masturbation? Have you felt weird tingling in your anus, burning pain in perineum or burning scrotum? Have you experienced constipation? Test for herpes in blood but you need to wait some time for test to be accurate. Any questions message me.

Hi Tom57195
Thank you for your reply.
The doctor said they wouldn't test for herpes without an active outbreak being present. Its not specifically my urethra that is red, but more inflammation around the opening/meatus which is made worse after masturbation. Especially the other night, when I had finished masturbating I noticed a very definitive red patch on the right side of my penis glans. The majority of said redness went away by the next morning however some residual redness remains and the meatus still seems slightly inflamed. I have had some odd sensations in my anus however I chalked this up to either an anal fissure or some sort of trauma response as I had never been penetrated anally prior to this event. I wouldn't say I have had constipation, but for the first few weeks after the event I had extreme anxiety which caused me to eat significantly less which in turn made my bowel movements very irregular. More specifically, I experienced diarrea more than constipation.
I really apprecieate any further advice
