Problems with the site

A few weeks ago I stopped getting PMR/GCA postings delivered each day to my email address. I could see that there was a thread on the site with complaints from others that the same thing had happened to them. I followed instructions to reset my details and have done so many times but still receive no posts automatically and now can not even find the thread relating to this problem. Following Eileen's advice, I am now asking again here how I can get my notifications re-instated.

    I've now looked again at my notifications and see that my email address is still being blocked. I am told to click on the link to reconnect (I have done this many times before) but when I do this I now get a message that "The page I am looking for does not exist".

    I'm not sure what I did but it was reported and I have been back on email for about a week, I think. It seems to be back to normal. Eileen will, hopefully, report it and it will be fixed in due course. I shall do it if I can remember what to do.

    I've tried to report it but it won't let me explain but fingers crossed it has worked.

    Hi lorna91639,

    Your email address was showing as blocked so as mentioned in another thread I have removed the report so your emails should now be ok.

    If you ever have this issue again you should receive a link on your notification page that you can use to remove the block status which should now work. Alternatively either Private Message me or Report a post using the "Other" option to send us a message.
