Proctalga Fugax triggers tachycardia

Have had intermittent proctalgia fugax since 2008/2009. My episodes come on quickly and always (unless I take mitigation measures) progress to tachycardia with occasional passing out. I did my due diligence and tried a number of recommendations. A hot bath helped, but I passed out once and ended up with 2nd degree burns covering my entire right top of my foot. I had to try something else. Since indirect heat helped, I tried direct heat in the form of a solid metal slender dildo (for lack of a better word) which I put in hot tap water and got it to a temperature that I could barely tolerate. I use Vasalene to aid with insertion. Works very well and reasonably fast. I now take it on trips with me just in case. I also tried to determine triggers. i have come to the conclusion that my trigger is sucralose. i had never had this condition until I started drinking Splenda Coke . Once I eliminated Splenda/sucralose from my diet, my frequency of PF dropped to almost nothing. and those rare occasions can usually be traced to baked goods or mixed up soft drink errors. Today I had an episode after eating Ocean Spray cranberries. The bag shows only cane sugar, but a quick check shows that Ocean Spray also provides low sugar craisens which use sucralose.
