Proctalgia Fugax episode lasted 7 hours

Hi everyone! I'm a 23 year old woman who has been suffering from PF episodes for about 3 years now. I mostly get episodes at night after I went to the toilet, when I'm having my menstruation or just out of the blue. I'm glad I don't have these episodes too often (usually once in 4 months), but the pain lasts hours. Yesterday the pain started at 2 am and lasted till 9 am. The pain was severe - nothing I have ever felt before. I tried to get up around 8 am, my body felt weak, I felt dizzy like I was about to faint, started sweating and somehow the area between my nose and mouth felt numb. The pain I feel around my rectum, vagina and abdomen was so extreme to the point that I felt like I was about to die. I do wonder if I'm the only person who has these episodes for hours? And any advice on what helps? Thank you!
