Proctitis? HELP

Symptoms
I am a 41 year old healthy male have been suffering with what i can only think of is proctitis since 2014. For 6 years now, i have been unable to pass "normal" stools without bleeding (bright red) and being in severe pain. I have had to take 2 sachets of laxido in order to pass a stool without any pain and severe itching. My other symptoms include proctalgia fugax / lavator syndrome (that can last for hours) and a horrible fishy smelling fluid that leaks from my anus. I also get pains in my lower abdomen. My anus is constantly itchy and randomly flares up with pain / some minor bright red blood loss and sudden instances of proctalgia fugax (all at the same time)
Diagnosis
My GP (back in 2015) took a stool sample and sent that off to the lab (came back with no issues) and had blood tests (all were fine) I have had a rectal examination (under general anaesthetic) and they found a couple of medium sized piles (which were banded) but found no other issues. I had another examination (under general anaesthetic again) and they found no issues again. No signs of fissures either.
I also had a colonoscopy that found no issues, except that that the person who carried out the colonoscopy noted that i had very tight muscles around the anus / rectum.
I have visited 3 seperate colorectal specialists in my local hospital, and they all have taken little interest in my issues, and give me the impression that they all think i am making it up. If i'm honest, they all come across as either disinterested or feel that i should be happy that they didnt find any signs of cancer.
Now don't get my wrong, i am fully appreciate the fact that i haven't been diagnosed with Cancer. But i can't help but feel i have been let down with the service i have received. There doesn't appear to be a sound process of elimination that any doctor is willing to follow.
I have learnt more about my symptoms from reputable information sources of the internet! than from the NHS
Can anyone provide any clue as to what i might be suffering from, or what route i should take next? I live in the SW of England, and am under the care of the NHS.
Many thanks in advance!
