I would use the Emu oil as often as your body *Feels* it needs it. I use it once to three times a day. A little dab will do you. If you body likes you using both items the definately use both of them at the same time. Use your intuition. I use emu, then sometimes put some coconut oil on top, and then dab some Oblas essential oil... find what works for you.

Thanks , its trial and error with all the different products on the market. Coconut oil for me is OK sometimes and not other Times.

    Hi

i use both and found them excellent at relieving symptoms of LS. If I am in the house I use emu oil and before going to bed as I find it makes my pants a bit oily. It does come of in the wash though no problem. If I am going out or on a journey ie holiday I put on emuaid and carry a small tub of emuaid in my hand bag to top up when I go to the toilet when I am out. You can get small screw top tubs in most chemists or large supermarkets which stock small holiday containers which are great to carry emuaid cream about. They both are so moisturising and kind to the skin in that area as well as taking away burning itching etc. Hope this helps.

Thankyou that is very helpful. There was no leaflet on how to use with the emu oil. I have got some of those little pots very useful when you go on holiday.

Sorry I meant to include I only use one pump of emu oil and it's more than enough to cover the whole area.
