Profusely sweating... anxiety?

So I’m a huge hypochondriac. Lately I’ve been getting to where at random times I break out in a sweat from head to toe, I nauseous, dizzy and I start shaking. Has anyone had this in relation to anxiety? I’m just terrified I’m having a heart attack or something else when this happens. I’m only 22. When I check my sugar during this it’s always good so idk what it would be. sad

I think it's anxiety. It's horrible. You feel ill yet don't know what exactly it is. If you get panic attack, start breathing exercise. Take a deeo breath and hold it for 5 sc and then release it through your mouth. Do it and keep focusing on your breath until you calm down. You will realise that your heart won't stop breathing because you're still doing it. Mine happened everytime i fell tiny ache in my body. I started freak out and feeling dizzy like about to faint. I didn't faint tho. Just panic. Lately when there are some ache, i started to apply some muscle pain relief balm. I don't know why but the heat of the balm comfort me.

Hi Hayley yes it’s anxiety I’m always the same with same symptoms. I’ve been to hospital today cause I have acid reflux and it’s flared up really bad, and dr said it’s due to my anxiety x

Hi Hayley it does sound like anxiety as I get similar symptoms and have since I was 14. I have  the weirdest feelings in my body even when I dont think I am feeling anxious its always there for me. Apparently I have a heightened anxiety response and it affects my eyes as well which I am going through right now and is not a nice feeling. I also feel weak in my arms and think I am having a stroke. I worry about every little symptom and I am always looking stuff up to see if I could have the disease.  I have learned to live with it as best I can and I told my dr I wish I could just feel normal and she said..this is your normal. You will be fine ..just float through the feelings like I was taught to do and breath through your stomach. It really does help. All the best.
