Been 3 week it was almost gone but someone decided to stick their finger in my ear and made it worse again... 

I'm going to have to restart the recoverer all over again

    What caused your tinnitus? What were you doing to get it to go away?

      Think it's caused by ear wax I am watching youtube videos

      Oooh glad I saw this.  I think I have seen what  you were doing on utube and I was about to start it.  But then the finger/thumb pressing made me hold back - I thought imo too much pressure and held back.
