Progressive Spine-related issues (10 months later)

I posted a few months ago- I was involved in a bad MVA last September. I had a L5 compression fracture (healed now). However, last November I started having numbness, pain, and weakness on the left side of my body. This was sudden and accompanied by migraines after no longer wearing my back brace. (Another trip to the ER showed nothing life-threatening). I'm a 27 year old male, very fit, and (as much as possible) very active.

Now:

-Numbness/pain in hand, arms, hip, leg, foot (MRI ruled out hip issues)

-After standing up in the same position in about 10 minutes, my back locks-up, causes pain and shortness of breath.

-After bending over (at the sink, doing dishes, etc.) straightening my back becomes painful.

-Bladder issues (IBS, crohns, etc. ruled out via testing)

-My left leg is becoming progressively weak, especially at the knee.

Question:

Has anybody had a similar experience?

(I'm seeing my doctor next week with the lower back/neck MRIs. Honestly, i'm trying to figure out the differences between spondylolisthesis, a slipped disc, ect.)

I appreciate any input!

-Alex
