    yes I saw a gyno for my surgery. I had a cystocele and rectocele repair.

    im in Australia not sure about Canada and I have private insurance so getting the op wasnt a problem. mine was a grade 2. I also know a lady with similar to me without insurance and she was approved for surgery just didn't get choice of doctor and had 2 wait much longer than I did. as I say I have no idea wot its like in Canada. good luck u will be fine

      I just had surgery for hemorrhoidectomy and had to wait 9 months, i am an anxious person so hope this isnt as long of a wait . i guess ill know more on monday after my appointment !

    my friend whose a nurse in England showed consultant my pic, he said its only very mild and no treatment needed...

      i just feel pressure , thats the only symptom , like my bowel never empty properly so just uncomfortable . other than that freaked out with how it looks!

      yes it does scare you. I stopped looking after my first repair as it took over my life.

      I'll need back wall done but for now supps work to fully empty.

      mainly just the bulge in vag . also heavy feeling when I was on my feet too long. I had a tv h also as my uterus had come down also .

      my back wall wasnt too back but I know niw why I felt a pressure in vag when needed a poo. wished he had done all 3 but my proff Urogynacologist wont do all 3 at once risking making vag too small. I'm still young to him lol age 51 and wants women to enjoy I intercourse as long as possible without pain

    saw the gynecologist today she said i have grade 2 prolapse of bladder and rectum, she doesnt deal with prolapses so referring me to a urogynecologist the wait list is 6 months!

      at least you can plan now Mary and move forward. Urogynacologist will give you the best treatment. 6 months will fly by I'm sure hun.
