Prolapse

I have uterine prolapse, bladder prolapse and The wall between the vagina and the rectum has prolapsed. I do not know what stage this is. I went to a urologist and I did not like him. I have a appointment set in January to see a urogynecologist.  I was wondering if anyone has experience a burning sensation inside the vagina? I do have pressure in the rectum and in the vagina. I feel drooping, pressure, and bulging like things are falling out. I see my prolapse at the opening of my vagina. It has not come completely out at this point but I do feel like I have a small ball sometimes inside  the opening of my vagina when I am walking.  The burning sensation that I feel is inside the vagina it feels like I am swollen and engorged. A ice pack helps. It helps when I lie down. It hurts to strain.  I pee 10 to 12 times a day. I normally do not get up in the middle of the night as long as I have no more liquid an hour before I go to bed. I also feel like I have either bladder spasms or mild sharp pains in the bladder sometimes after I am finished peeing. I’m 42.

Urologists are not a good specialist to go to for that problem. Please consult a Urogynecologist. I pray you get better results with them

    Hi Tammy

I can empathise with most of your symptoms. I was diagnosed with grade ll rectocele and cystocele.

    Not comfortable at all.

I had surgery 7 weeks ago and am so pleased that I did . I hope you get more information and support from your next consultation 😊
