    yes you have a front and back prolapse. I would not post any pictures on here though to be safe.

      this is when im bearing down but looks the same after intercourse or when ive gone to the toilet

      that's how they diagnose a prolapse when yiu bear down.. I'd get a referral to a Urogynacologist not a gynaecologist who doesn't specialise in pelvic floor dysfunction.
