Prolapse bladder cervix and rectum

Hello, I’m 22 years old and had a baby 3 years ago. In the last 6 months I’ve noticed my bladder bulges down, my rectum also bulges into my vaginal canal, my cervix is sitting on its side and is facing outwards and is about 2 inches from the opening, I have a massive obstruction in my rectum which is making me think my uterus has also fallen down. I’m so constipated, I’m constantly going to the toilet. I’ve never felt so depressed in all my life and if I got offered a surgery I’d get it right now. My gp won’t see me and tell me to go to A&E which I’ve done when I first had symptoms and they’ve said it was normal. It’s only getting worse and I feel like I’m getting passed around like a yo-yo. Has anyone had the same problem and how did they get it diagnosed

Hi lovely I'm really sorry you are struggling I can imagine it is extremely difficult.
I can advise from experience as I have had both a vaginal and rectal prolapse and had them repaired in July last year.
Mine were only operated on as they were severe and didn't respond to other treatments so my advice is try other avenues first as they can really help especially if you have a minor prolapse and it will be what the doctor would recommend initially.
After having a baby the pelvic floor can become weak so exercises to strengthen them can help to get it back to where it was and the feeling you are having can rectify itself.
Do sets of 8 and hold for a count of 8
then rapid sets where you hold for 2
Place your hand on your stomach when you do the exercises and if you feel your stomach muscles start to engage then stop and start again the following day.
When the stomach muscles engage it's a sign yourself pelvic floor is fatigued so treat it the same as any other muscle and rest it when it needs it.
Do the Exercises daily for about 8 weeks and see how things are.
In terms of constipation you can get movicol or Laxido over the counter and they are very gentle and effective.
Hope you feel better soon
