Can anyone tell me what these lumps may be on my bottom? I've struggled with IBS which has included diarrhoea and constipation off an on for 7 years now and have only managed to find manageable treatment with a doctor.
Along the way, I have developed these bumps. At first I thought haemorrhoids but I'm not sure as I've tried topical treatments and none have worked.
Quite worried.
