Prolapse or hymen?

I realize this is a weird one. I'm 19, and I've never been sexually active, and it recently occured to me that I am really, really unfamilliar with my own genitals. I know it's pretty unlikely I would be prolapsing, but I see SOMETHING in there, and I've had mysterious urinary symptoms that my doctors have chalked up to having a"spastic bladder" for years. Any chance a prolapse could go unseen, but cause symptoms for long periods of time? When I stand or sit over a mirror, it takes up most of the opening, but when I lie down, most of the obstruction isn't visible? Honestly might just be hymen, as it doesn't look at all like any prolapse photos I've seen, but those usually seem quite severe. I know my best bet is to see an obgyn just to be sure all is well, but I know I'll have a 2-3 week wait. Sorry this post is a rambly mess, but I am quite the nervous hypochondriac, haha.
