Prolapse?? *Photos

I am 11 weeks postpartum. Ever since 2 weeks postpartum I have had extreme pelvic/back/vaginal heaviness and tenderness. I have been unable to stand or do any activity for more than 20 minutes without the pressure becoming unbearable. I looked with a mirror and saw a bulge in my vaginal opening and was convinced I had prolapse (although I have to admit I never looked down there before this happened).
I went to a urogynecologist this past week and she told me I have no sign of prolapse. She says that the cause of my pain is from a torn muscle on my right side of my pelvic floor. She said the bulge I'm feeling is probably vaginal laxity. She did a pop-q assessment and when I put the measurements in on an online assessment tool it says I would have a stage 1 posterior wall prolapse. I'm super confused why she would tell me I dont have one but the measurements say I do. Should I just trust what she says since she obviously knows way more than I do?
She also assessed me while I was laying down and I can only really see the bulge well when standing so maybe that plays a role?

Does this look like prolapse?

it looks like a minor cystocele, and did you have your dr examine you standing up? most of the time they cant see much while laying down cause everything falls back into place.

Thanks for the reply! No she only examined me lying down, but I didn't think to question her since she was a specialist (urogynecologyst). Now I don't know what to think.

hello, first I am so sorry this is happening to you. I'm 11 weeks pp as well and like you I had the same heaviness. I was diagnosed with prolapse at 2 weeks pp. I started pelvic floor physical therapy at 3 weeks pp ans have been going every week since. at my 6 week checkup my dr told me I just had postartum laxity but when I check my notes it said mild cystocele. So i scheduled an apointment with a urogyn at 9weeks pp and he stated i had a minor cystocele (0.5) minor rectocele (1.5) and a urethrocele (2). it really sucks I have been doing the femfusion lift series and using the habit video I don't have any heaviness but I swear it keeps getting worse. I'm attaching my pictures from what it looked like at 2weeks pp and now at 11week pp

So frustrating I agree. I hope yours gets better doesn't sound like it's too bad!
