Prolapse? Very worried

so this is my first

time posting here in a long time. i want to say, im 30, no children. this morning i woke

up to what felt like pressure on my uterus and someone pulling out my uterus. it only lasted 30 minutes and didnt really hurt, more very very uncomfortable. im very scared i have prolapse. i feel totally fine now but all this worrying is making me feel residual cervix preasure and pain. im not a dr but i did check myself and didnt feel anything out of the ordinary. does this sound like prolapse? intend to think the worst and dont want to run to the ER for just random pain.
