Prolapsed cervical discs & pain

I had a fall and Prolapsed 3 cervical discs I had pain immediately on my left side and in my neck and then a few months later after hospital and nerve blocks had a stint with acupuncture which had an adverse effect. I then had a manipulation that was out of order which left me with severe pins and needles in both hands and the whole of my face. This died off but it left a new sensation of tingling numbness on the soles of my feet and between my legs.
The latest change came a few weeks back, out in the car hit a pot hole and jarred my neck causing severe spasm and altered pain points. The main issue at the minute is hands and feet with fingers and toes particularly bad.
The addition of a urinating problem has seen me in hospital with catheter and ultrasound and now yet another pill they want me to take.
Where does it all go from here

neck issues cause many debilitating issues from migraines to to screaming pain numbness pins and needles usually nerve pain.
i have herniated disc in my neck and it can flare in a instant. The minute I feel it coming on I call the doc set up a appt for chemosynthesis injection. This helped with the first two discs I tried to treat conservatively until I could take no more. The injection is a papaya plant enzyme that shrinks the jelly like disc tissue pushing on the nerve in the neck causing the pain. It heal immediately. Directly aafter the injection after the anesthesiologist local wore ok I could turn my head freely with no aganizing pain..
I was a brand new person with my life back.. That's was so easy. Sometimes med issues have great outcomes. These r the ones u relish for a lifetime.
