All the advice for prolapsed piles centres around pushing them gently back where possible.
Most websites suggest internal piles are usually harmless.
I have the opposite situation. My piles occasionally suck back inside by themselves. This then becomes incredibly painful until eventually, perhaps after 48 hours they come out again and the pain subsides.
Has anybody else experienced this pattern of events?
