With these results there should be NO NEED for any osteoporosis medication. By doing load bearing exercise and making sure her diet and supplements contain the nutrients she needs for her bones to maintain and even improve their density and strength she should do well. Where do you live? If you are in a Western country but of Indian ethnicity it's possible the DXA scan results are inaccurate as they may not take into account her body build which may naturally be lighter than a typical large American of northern European descent, for example.

I can only tell you what I have been eating. I am vegetarian but I do eat cheese, yoghurt, and drink a little kefir as well as having milk in my tea. Yoghurt has been shown to help with the absorption of calcium. I eat a lot of leafy green vegetables, especially kale and broccoli, you can read on line which greens are the best sources of calcium. I eat fermented vegetables like sauerkraut, kimchi, and others - all available at my local farmers' market. I eat very few grains, whole grain rice more than others, very few processed foods, sugary foods are a treat, not for everyday. I know tinned fish is a good source of calcium if the bones are also eaten - salmon and sardines. You can find other calcium-rich foods by googling non-dairy sources of calcium.
An important supplement is Vitamin K2. Not K1, she will will get that from her leafy greens and it has a different function in the body. Vitamin K2 actually sends calcium into the bones and seems to be something which has helped those of us who have improved our bone density without taking any medicines. Another nutrient which is gaining more recognition is boron, and again you can find out on line which foods are rich in this element.
Sorry, I have no medical training so cannot give advice about medications.

I have bony broth with lots of vegetables. You start with a meaty bone which could be chicken or lamb or beef and then add all the vegetables you have to hand. I also have pearl barley and mushrooms in the soup.
We have this every week for half the week which saves cooking every day.
I have fruit and yoghurt, cheese, leafy greens, fish, tomatoes, avocados, some bread, eggs, some prunes(which would help your mother with constipation and better for her), oats, honey, milk, etc.
Typical Day:
Breakfast
one piece of toast with one teaspoon butter and one teaspoon honey
half cup cooked porridge with milk and one teaspoon honey
cup of tea with milk
Lunch
piece of toast with tuna, cheese and tomato then grilled
cup of tea with milk
afternoon tea
one orange cut into quarters
Dinner
bowl of bony broth with vegetables as described above
Supper
yoghurt and strawberries
Total calories for the day 1200 or less
Your mother can add six prunes every day and extra food if she needs to but I have to watch my weight.
I am similar in age and health conditions except my osteoporosis is much worse and I do not take the drugs for osteoporosis but try to help with diet and some exercise.

Your lunch is better than mine, but I like my breakfast better: one orange, 1/3 cup raw organic pumpkin seeds, two fried eggs, large mug of tea with milk. 😋

Milk isn't really the best source of calcium anyway; I was just telling you and Kathleen what I eat for breakfast to give you ideas, not necessarily recommending anything. I find tea without milk gives me gastritis, so we are all different!
