Prolonged Migraine and visual disturbances. Is this permanent?

I've had migraines for years now but over three weeks ago I got a migraine at first very similar to a typical migraine with aura, but the symptoms from the Aura didn't fully go away even though I got a terrible headache and felt extremely sick. I am feeling a bit better now but my eyes are still blurry the aura hasn't fully went away. I got my eyes checked and a ct scan and everything came back clear.  I tried taking propranonol but it made me extremely short of breath so I had to stop taking it. Has this happened anyone? It is really stressing me out and its there all the time making it difficult to focus my eyes on anything as its blurry and feels like a part of my vision is blocked. Thank you in advance
