prolonged orgasms with retrograde ejaculation

So I was pretty disheartened when my retrograde ejaculation began. I am a slow growth prostate cancer patient and my doctor told me it would take 25 years to kill me. I'm 70, so there's that. I was celibate for a number of years, by choice but I'm now with a sexually active partner.

What I noticed when this first started, is that orgasms are way different. Instead of the old one and done experience, my orgasms are three times as long and I am now able to orgasm again within a few minutes. Is this common with any of you guys?
