Promazine makes my resting heartrate higher

I've been on promazine for a almost 2 years. I take the liquid form 5 times a day. I'm also on diazepam (6mg per day), paroxatine (40mg per day) and quitapine (25mg per day).

Promazine makes my heart beat unpredictable. I've tested this. When I move my heart rate shoots up, my resting heartrate is around 90-105bpm, when I have a panic attack my heart rate shoots up to 180 and becomes tachycardia.

Last week I stopped for 7 days. It wasn't a nice experience quitting, and I felt like I was dying. It was hell. I couldn't sleep for days. But during that time I had no tachycardia. My resting heartrate was 78bpm.

It's really bugging me because on one hand the promazine helps, and on the other I have side effects. It also makes me very sleepy when I restart them.

Can promazine do this? I do have a habit of quitting and starting promazine so I'm not sure if that's a factor. My doctor says I need it because it helps me. And when she checks my vitals she's never worried.

This drug kicks my behind sometimes. Feel like a zombie. Qutiapine knocks me out too, even though it's not meant to at 25mg.
