What reason did they give for changing your prescription ?

it depends why this was done and why you're taking them

i can't take the tablets as the drop my blood pressure too quickly so have to take the sustained release. I take them for tremor. They are designed to act over 24 hrs so you won't feel immediate release if for eg you take them for panic attacks/anxiety.

if you're ok with the tablets and a mistake has been made just go back to the GP and request a new prescription for the tablets. The pharmacist will only dispense what's written on the doctors script.

    Good luck
