I would have thought those symptoms would be from the Citalopram increase rather than from Propanolol. Can't you ask your doctor or pharmacist?

I was prescribed Propranolol as well as Sertraline. The Sertraline made me so ill, but I did so feel dizzy on the propranolol. I stopped taking both. Difficult to know if its always side effects or anxiety symptoms.

Talk to your Doctor about reducing the dosage of the propranolol, this drug is used to lower the heart rate and in turn lowers your blood pressure, if you blood pressure goes a little bit lower than it should, you may encounter the dizziness you spoke of.

Propranolol for anxiety does actually make a differance to your physical anxiety symptoms, especially when it comes to performance anxiety or social phobias. It is particular useful when you are trying to overcome your phobia such as an agoraphobic trying to venture out for the first time for example.

You should never simply cut off taking Propranolol, if you want to stop taking it you need to reduce the dosage over time, again this should be discussed with your doctor.

I take 40mg of Propranolol per day for the physical symptoms of a panic disorder. It has helped me alot.

Propanolol helps anxiety and tremors. Ask your dr and perhaps for a lower dose?

Try lower doses of it all. Propaladol is excellent for tremors. It's not easy to hit the right dose immediately
