Propanolol withdrawals are terrible

Been taking propanolol for a month now 40 mg and stopped cold turkey then after two days got put on it again at 10 mg and feel horrible how long do the systoms last?!

    How many days since you stopped then restarted and how long have you been back on 10mg? What symptoms are you experiencing? I was on 40mg for a few months and then tapered down... 30 to 20 to 10.

      I stopped this past saturday then restarted monday night the 10 mg but still having withdrawals......do you think I should stop it all together since I still feel the same?

      I would keep with the 10mg. It's only been a couple of days and things may settle down. If you have a 10mg tablet you should be able to break it down into smaller increments when you are feeling better and are ready to start tapering. I had similar symptoms that lasted around two weeks.
