Proper Clob Ointment Application

Hi All -

I have felt better since using the Clob - I haven't moved to only using it a few times a week yet, I will be soon and I'm hoping it keeps my itching at bay between use.

My question is about proper application. I've been applying it between my labia majora and minora. I see some women mention their urethra starts to close up, are you supposed to put it on the "internal" side of your minora as well?

My doctor instructed between majora and minora, around the clit and then straight up a bit, as well as the perineum and anus area.

Thank you in advance for any suggestions. I have NO fusing or white patching and want to keep it that way.

Secondary question, if your putting clob on the top of your clitoral hood, how does that stop the inside of the hood from fusing to your clit?

I am no expert, but I was told to put clobetasol in a figure of 8 around the areas you mentioned. I have never put it internally.

I find that if i take a warm bath before applying the cream it helps open the pores and i also really rub it in for a few minutes as the lichen sclerosis is not only on the dermis layer of the skin it goes deep into the layers.
