Propranalol is this normal?

i have been on propranalol for heart arrhythmia for donkeys years however I had changed to 80mg slow release because original meds were not working as well. Long story short heart rhythms started to get worse so up to 80mg twice a day. Nothing changed so dr has now put me on Bisprolol 5mg and I’ve been on them for 4 weeks. Don’t know if it’s the new meds or whether I’m still withdrawing from propranalol (sweats, shaking, feeling faint and jelly legs). Thought I’d turned a corner but getting hacked off now . Hoping it’s just withdrawal but I’ve been off propranalol for 4weeks and it’s been substituted with another beta blocker so any advice/reassurance would be gratefully accepted. Thanks x

In general W/D usually mimic the side effects that you have starting the drug. Sounds more like the side effects from the new drug, I would go back to GP or ask a pharmacist about this, any side effects usually wear off within the first couple of weeks so maybe the new drug inset for you, good luck
