Propranol

I've only been taking propranol for 3/4 days and I feel if I keep taking them it will be bad I take 2 40 mg a day can I just come off them straight away as I've not taken them for long or what do I do??

    I take 40mg 4 x a day . .i dont think they are addictive but dont just stop them do as your gp says. as thats the safest way. They are a beta blocker so they are not addictive like tranquilizers dont worry about your heartbeat mine has gone down to 52 and my gp says thats fine. Hope this helps and your better soon

      Thankyou you have made me feel abit better about it all,if there's any advice you need feel free I've had anxiety all my life but my first panic attack was last Friday if that makes sence?so I'll be on this sight alot to help calm my mind thankyou once again
