Could anyone tell me if Propranalol will help with physical anxiety symptoms or is it just for high BP? Thank you x

It's used to treat both. I am on bystolic which is another form of beta blocker. They have many uses.

At first I got none and was really happy about it but now I get dizziness as well and tiredness. But it's better than having heart race and having anxiety
