Propranolol causes my blood pressure to drop I’m soooo anxious and scared

Hi please help my blood pressure keeps dropping to 120/82 i feel lightheaded im on 80mg of propranonol and 100mg of sertraline.

long story short i was getting night sweats with sertraline 100mg i got scared so DR said get off them slowly i was off them in 3 weeks night sweats stopped. but i was on sertraline for over 6 years and now im back on sertraline 100mg but i think propranonol is making dizzy lightheaded after eating a meal. i stopped propranonol but it made my heart go fast as i was taking propranonol for migrains and it helps.

im anxious for the last 10 years on antidepressends.

please anyone help please anyone in same postion as me
