Hi all me again lol went back to doctors yesterday coz my anxiety and palpitations are getting worse so he told me to start taking 20mg 3 times a day but I was on 10mg 3 times a day was just wondering how other people who have been on this been. just worried heart will stop but obviously that's anxiety thinking for ya cant give me enythink for anxiety till heart specialist sees me

Hi Liam I'm on 40mg 3 times a day and I have had no side effects what so ever. I've been on them over a year and I find that they do really help x

Some people are on 160mg twice a day, so you have nothing to worry about. Your heart will not stop, trust me.
