Propranolol withdrawal long term?

35 year old maIe. I was taking propranolol ER 80mg for about 2 months and decided to stop taking it because I didnt like how it slowed my heart rate and got paranoid about it. I was fine for the first week and then started getting stabbing chest pains occaisionally and dizziness with a little nausea so i went to the ER and blood work and chest x ray checked out fine. I quit this medicine October 1st and its now the end of January and I feel dizziness most days still. I get tinnitis a couple times a day too and my legs and arms feel numb or tingly after waking some days. Has anyone had these long term side effects of quitting this medicine?
