Prostate aquablation diary -- 12/7/21 scheduled "procedure"

For any who have been following this story, I'm hoping to share the experience and hopefully keep it organized under the topic heading above. I begin with an overview of BPH as it has impacted me.
History: BPH since my 40s. Am now 75. Never became totally blocked but finally grew resigned to meds that are no longer able to improve (minimally) a quality of life.
Major and more subtle evolved symptoms at this late BPH stage: off and on fatigue throughout the day which I assume had evolved as a result of very poor sleeping routine that has evolved over the last several years. I essentially nap throughout the night, rising in "pelvic discomfort" every two hours or so. That is, of course, not conducive to restful sleep. Sleepy every 3 hrs or so and needing daytime naps. Also creeping in: brain fog that may or may not be fatigue-related and at 75, perhaps not a BPH factor. Lastly, lower right back pain that may or may not be related. Am hoping it is "referred" pelvic pain that can also be remedied by aquablation.
So I am actually hoping all of it IS related, imagining the joy of knocking out two or even three major issues at once. But I will of course settle for the biggest gift of all: a normal urinary routine. I have had so many questions along the way and no resource like this to share common experiences. Have done my due diligence and landed on aquablation at the "surgery" of choice for me. May these notes help someone else along these lines. December 7 is the big day. Thanks for reading. Hope to be back here soon.

Finally had the aquablation on 12/7/21. This web site can be a challenge to master and organize -- I have thus posted yet another thread on this same subject noting 12/7/21 as th4 surgery date. I write this on 12/9. Hope anyone needing my info can find it.
