Prostate /Bladder problems

symptoms.

50 year old male

Bladder burns after urination and the front pelvis hurts.

Frontal pelvis also hurts after masterbation.

Feels like the frontal pelvis (the triangle area) is inflamed inside or swollen.

Feels like I need the toilet a lot and can go 15 plus times a day.

Can hurt in perennial area when settling.

Bending forward can set the pain of for the day.

Similar symptoms to Protostatis and enlarged prostate.

Tried Tamsulosin with undesired side effects. calms perennial area a bit but not the swollen frontal pelvis area.

Blood tests came back normal. I've had it for 2 years and at my wits end.

    feeling that way today and 5 months in. no pain just back to constant urgency and peeing. hot feeling of penis and no burning yet but it may go there. best of luck to you.

    Go to urologist and ask for cultures of prostatic fluid and/or semen. This will allow identification of infection if there is one associated with the prostate

    try also D-mannose. If E. coli is involved it can help with symtoms.
